Create a CHSM Account

Create a login account to make event registration easier and faster, and manage your contact information through a convenient online form. If you're already on CHSM's list, you can update your contact information now.  If you're new to CHSM, simply sign up for a CHSM login to get on our email notification list.  

Here's how create a personal account:     

If you already receive emails from CHSM:   

  • Go to http://chsm.org/user/register
  • Enter a User Name
  • Enter the Email address from the email notice that you received from CHSM
  • Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Create New Account".
  • You'll get an email with your login information. When you get that email, and click on the link provided in the email. 
  • This is a temporary login; it will take you to a screen where you should enter the permanent password that you want to use for your account. Enter your new password and click on Save.
  • You are then logged in to your account. You can then go register for the next event, or sign up for membership, and your information will be pre-populated. Please review your information, and update it if appropriate.  If you're not registering for the event now, please review and update your information on your account profile screen. Check your information on the "User," "Work," and "Home" tabs on your screen.  

 If you're new to CHSM:  

  • Go to http://chsm.org/user/register
  • Enter a User Name
  • Enter the Email address which you wish to use for CHSM correspondence
  • Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Create New Account"
  • You'll get an email with your login information. When you get that email, and click on the link provided in the email.
  • This is a temporary login;  it will take you to a screen where you should enter the password that you want to use for your account. Enter your new password and click on Save. 
  • You are then logged in to your account. You can then go register for the next event, or sign up for membership, and enter your contact information. If you're not registering for an event or membership now, please enter your information on the "User," "Work," and "Home" tabs on your screen.
