What types of payment does CHSM accept?
You can pay by cash, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).  Please pre-register for all events, and indicate if you wish to pre-pay or pay at the door. Sponsors and Supporting Members using pre-paid passes, and registration-desk volunteers, do not need to pay for the program, but they must still register in advance so that we have an accurate count of attendees.  Sponsors and Supporting Members who cannot attend an event can transfer their pass to a colleague.

If I register for a meeting, but cannot attend, can I get a refund?
You can cancel up to one week before the program you will receive credit for a future program, or you may request a refund.  If you register but do not pay, you will be billed. If you can't attend, you may send someone else in your place (just let us know at least three days prior to the event so we can prepare a proper nametag).  These policies are necessary since our hosting facility requires us to commit in advance regarding the number of expected attendees.  See our refund policy for more details.

Why do you meet at I-225 and 6th Avenue?
The Summit Events Center is the best venue we have been able to find in terms of price, service, guaranteed availability, and easy access.  We periodically research other locations, but have not found another option that fits our needs.

How can I get a copy of past presentations?
Many speakers allow us to publish a copy of their presentations on our web site.  On our Events page, there’s a link to upcoming and recent events.  This will lead you to CHSM program listings going back to January 2000.  Simply select the program you want and click on the link to download the presentation, which will appear in either PDF or PowerPoint format.
